Villa Gumonca is luxurious 6 bedroom beachfront villa, surrounded with large eco gardens and spacious seaview terraces. Exclusively designed and fully equipped, with heated infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi spa, direct beach access, organic vegetable garden and premium guest service: this is a place for true well-being! Villa is situated by the beach, in a pretty island village Mirca, only 3 Km from the lively Supetar and 1 hour by ferry from the biggest Dalmatian city Split and its airport. The space Villa Gumonca features over 320 m² of interior decorated with designed furniture and a spacious outdoor areas offering fabulous views of the sea and mainland. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4 bedroom main house and 2 bedroom annex. Main house and annex are just next to each other, connected with porches and terraces. On the ground floor of the main house are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and on the first floor is big master bedroom and master bathroom with massage bathtub and large rooftop terrace. There is also an additional guest toilet with a laundry, spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen area, all on ground level. The guest annex has 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional gourmet kitchen. The second kitchen is ideal feature for the groups with a private chef. Sea side outdoor area consists of a large patio with roof on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 14, a pool deck area with a number of sun-beds, Jacuzzi whirlpool with 6 seats and heated 24m² infinity swimming pool. In the front garden or the villa is a big lawn (great for sports and family games!) and a roofed porch with ping pong table. Guest access The villa guests have private and exclusive access to the whole property, inlcuding: - private 24m2 heated infinity swimming pool - Jacuzzi whirlpool spa for 6 - roofed sea view terrace with large dining table - sea view sundeck with sun loungers - free gated parking for 4 cars - big lawn ideal for children's play or badminton, terrace with ping pong table etc. Villa is surrounded with gardens and has direct access to a pretty pebble beach (public). In family's organic vegetables garden, Villa Gumonca guests are free to pick fresh seasonal vegetables and mediterranean herbs, as much as they want. The vegetables garden is shared with the host family. Other things to note In the price of Villa Gumonca is included final cleaning, regular pool and jacuzzi maintenance, pool heating, air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. Tourist tax is however not included and it has to be charged extra on site 2 Euros per adult per day, in accordance with the local regulations.
