Private parking 2 seats with electric garage door The space The villa is located in the beautiful settlement of Agrampelia with beautiful villas ,is 10 minutes from the port of Eretria with the museum , ancient theater ,0 beautiful pedestrian street on the beach with many taverns,clubs, etc. Also the boat has an hourly connection every half hour and transportation to Athens or Chalkida with the beautiful beach and the castle in Agios Menas. There are many hotels free to the guest ,rent cars or bicycles ,outside the town hall on the beach there are many events all summer and especially in August on the island of dreams !it is the most important solution for those who want to vacation and modern to be able to visit archaeological sites small extravagations in the surrounding fishing villages or in beautiful Chalkida 20 minutes distance and in Athens in 1 hour.The city has beautiful resume low buildings and large squares ,the residents in Their crowds are riding a bike,they are also very friendly and welcoming.
