Other things to note We are on well water here. The water has been tested by the state, and deemed safe and usable. We use it for cleaning and cooking. However, there is a gas that is released at the faucet that smells like sulphur. It is safe, just unpleasant. We have provided 3 gallon jugs of water for your drinking. These jugs can be refilled at kiosks on Main St. in Keokuk. All those who are on well water in the area here have the same problem. We do have a whole house filtration system. Booking our guesthouse means that you accept this. Thank you.
