Casa Mediterranea has the following format: Under the house is a spacious garage. A staircase takes you to the living room with doors to the terrace, (gas) fireplace and a television. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and on this floor is also the guest bathroom. One floor up there are 3 double bedrooms, of which 2 have access to a large balcony, with of course, sea views, and 2 bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet. From this floor you have direct access to the terrace behind the house with the private swimming pool. The house has got available air conditioning/heating in all rooms.
