A place to slow down after a beach day, a shopping trip, or just everyday life. Whether you're here for sunshine, relaxation, or a longer seasonal stay, the Zen Container is your space to recharge. We would love to host you 🌴 Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire fenced property, including the Zen Container tiny home, cozy fire pit area, and spacious rock parking with room for two vehicles. Right next to the property is a natural forest filled with towering, old-growth trees that create a peaceful, nature-immersed setting. Throughout the day, you’ll see and hear an incredible variety of Southwest Florida wildlife. It’s common to spot: • Ospreys soaring overhead • Great blue herons gliding nearby • Red-shouldered hawks • Northern cardinals • Blue jays • Mourning doves • Woodpeckers • Palm warblers • And flocks of parakeets flying through the trees You may even see sweet little cottontail bunnies hopping through the grass in the early morning or at sunset. The outdoor deck just outside the sliding glass doors creates a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, making the space feel like your own private oasis. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, sunbathe under the Florida sky, unwind in the evenings, or simply relax while listening to birdsong and rustling trees. This space was designed to feel serene, natural, and restorative, giving you that tucked-away feeling while still being minutes from everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Other things to note Additional guests beyond 2 are subject to a one-time $70 fee per person, per stay Up to 4 guests allowed. To be paid before final checkout. The fence is secured with an electronic lock — you’ll receive your unique passcode and check-in instructions before you arrive. If you’re bringing a pet, please let us know in advance, as a flat-rate $100 pet fee per pet, per stay will apply. Please make sure that all dog 💩 is collected and disposed before your departure. If left behind, a fee will apply to accommodate your extra cleaning service needed. Thank you so much for your help! IMPORTANT - Trash is collected Monday mornings, so please place the bin at the end of the driveway on Sunday night. As this is a peaceful residential neighborhood, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Please note that the Zen Container is not wheelchair accessible at this time. A few steps are required to enter through the sliding doors, and we do not currently have a ramp. We plan to become wheelchair accessible in 2026.
