Featuring two bedrooms (king and queen), a cozy office with a pull-out futon, a full kitchen, and a private fenced yard, it’s the perfect retreat for families, friends, or extended stays. The space The space features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—along with a dedicated office that includes a pull-out full-sized futon for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the cozy living area offers a welcoming place to relax or watch TV after a day exploring Ojai. Outside, you’ll find a private, fully fenced yard with plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air, dine outdoors, or simply unwind in a peaceful setting. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire Orchard House, including the fully fenced yard. A private driveway provides convenient off-street parking directly alongside the home. Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and easy arrival experience. The house is located on a larger estate, but the home and yard are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.
