The space Welcome to our comfortable 2-bedroom home across the road from the public access to the beautiful Birch Lake. • Bedroom 1: Primary room with a King bed • Bedroom 2: Second bedroom featuring two extra-long Twin XL beds • Living Area: Pull-out couch with queen mattress for additional sleeping options Sleeps up to 6 guests total. Pet Friendly! SmartTV & fast fiber internet ready for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with basic starting essentials so you can settle in and start cooking right away (coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and more). Gas grill and basic grilling supplies provided. A/C unit is located in the main living area. Each bedroom has window fans available and stored under the beds. In-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Large private gravel driveway for multiple vehicles or boat/atv/snowmobile trailers. Public parking for additional vehicles & trailers available across the street at the landing. Guest access Entire home with the exception of the locked maintenance/utility closets. Other things to note Public boating launch & boat tie ups available right across the street. We are pet friendly! Give your furry family members a vacation of their own. Take them for a stroll around town. The local brewery welcomes dogs on the patio & the dog park is located at 401 Lake Ave. Park for the littles within a short walking distance. Be sure to give Lucette a visit! New park coming fall 2026! Small swimming beach also located at the park. Pickleball and basketball across the street & disc golfing nearby. Paul Bunyan paved biking & snowmobiling trail steps away with small bike repair and tire filling station near the park.
