The space My property is a large 3 story duplex apartment occupying the 1st floor and full height loft space. It has been newly renovated, contemporary decorated and painted in white to capture and reflect lots of natural light throughout which make the entire property feels light, bright and airy. The brand new fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern built in appliances... additionally there is also toasted sandwich maker and an air fryer. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water are complimentary and there is also a large variety of dry powdered seasoning, herbs and spices available for use. The living/dinning area has a comfortable pair of sofas (not a sofa bed), a large screen tv, a table and 4 chairs complimented by a beautiful fireplace (decommissioned), patterned rug, plants and contemporary lighting to wall and ceiling. The bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and clean sheets, towels, a mirror, a drawer chest, clothes rail for storage and a fan for the summer months. The master bedroom has an amazing queen size bed but also comes with a stool and dresser top surround mirror for doing make-up. Additionally, the loft bedrooms has a work station, sofa (not a sofa bed) and space for the single mattress bed if/when required . The bathroom is equipped additionally with a heated ladder tower rail, in shower storage trays, bin, a linen basket for used towels and a large mirrored storage cabinet with built-in lighting and shaver socket. Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toilet tissue are complimentary. Guest access Full access to the property. Norwood Junction train station is a 5-7mins walk. Exit the property, turn right and walk to the end of the road. Turn left then take the first right after the pedestrian crossing and the train station will be 2-3mins walk ahead of you. Buses.. access to many routes are within a 5 minutes walk in any direction from the property. Bus route into Croydon, Brixton, Crystal Palace, Catford, Lewisham to name a few. Other things to note Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and, in respect of our neighbours and neighbourhood loud noise and music after 10pm is not allowed. For hygienic reasons and cleaning purposes, I respectfully ask all guests to remove their footwear once they have enterred the accommodation, especially before going upstairs.
