MOBILITY A car or rental car is required for your stay with us. Casa Magnet is located in the heart of Mallorca, in a peaceful rural setting. Without your own vehicle, grocery shopping, day trips, and visits to the beach are not possible. SUSTAINABILITY Casa Magnet is largely powered by solar energy. We kindly ask you to help us conserve energy by switching off the lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances whenever you leave the apartment. WATER Our water comes from a traditional rainwater cistern. As water is a precious resource on Mallorca, we kindly ask you to use it thoughtfully and help us preserve this valuable resource.
