On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a hallway, a large living room with a flat-screen TV, an open kitchen and a counter for a quick coffee or tea. An original "Butzeraum" was converted into a dining room with an East Frisian sofa. On the 2nd floor, you will find the bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a single room and a double room with a 1.80 × 2.00 box spring bed. The space The Gulfhofperle has been completely refurbished with high-quality furniture. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, large hallway, storage room with vacuum cleaner, clothes rack and cleaning supplies. The large living, dining, and kitchen area invites you to linger. There is also a small terrace. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer. The private room is off limits for you! Guest access The entire vacation apartment is yours and must be handled with care. Other things to note There is a guest fee. Depending on the season, it is: €2.00 low season per person/night €2.50 per person per night in high season Young people up to 18 years old, severely disabled persons with a disability of 80% or more, and business travelers are exempt from this. I will send you the guest cards, if you are not already on site, as well as the amount that is then to be transferred to our account.
