The main kitchen is on this floor which is equipped to the highest standard. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one single and one double both located next to the beautifully designed main bathroom. The lower ground area boasts a magnificent bbq and pizza oven with a spacious seating area that leads out onto the poolside area, it's somewhere peaceful to relax while cooling off from the midday sun. The lower ground floor also has a second bathroom and kitchen area. The house has been designed with first class finishes, the traditional wooden shutters and unique staircase give the villa that individual luxurious feel along with the modern and luxurious furnishings. A car is recommended so that you can make the most of seeing the beautiful island of Kefalonia and experience some of the excellent local food and wine the tavernas have to offer. The capitol of island, Argostoli, is a 10 minute drive away, you can while away the early evenings drinking coffee on the square while watching the world go by.
