Evergreen house Plitvice

The inside space of house is 55 square meters big and you have a large 45 square meters big terrace which has a beautiful panoramic view on mountains and valleys. The house is located on the edg of forrest and it has a big yard. The property is only 10km away from the national park Plitvice lakes and 5km from Barać caves. If You are looking for sounds of birds, peace, forest trails and beautifull nature, this is it!! The space The house itself is newly renovated in may 2020. From the house property you can not see any other houses or neighbors (first neighbor house is 500 meters away) which gives you a feeling that you are in the middle of nature alone. In front of the house (30 meters) there is a regional road witch takes you to main road (4 kilometers) where you will find shops, bars and fast food. From there 5 minutes of car ride and you are in front of entranec of Plitvice lakes, national park. If you take the same regional road in front of house but other direction you will come to speleological attraction of Barać caves, the caves are only 5 km away. One more cool thing that this property offers is marked forest trail (human trail) behind the house that will lead you to Croatian 13. deepest cave. If you start your walk behind the house there is maintain trail for our guest to use (you can se beggining of trail on one of photos in galery). Because behind the house there is only forest, 10 kilometers of straight air line you would find only forest, springs and a lot of caves. Guest access In front of the house there is a big parking right next to asphalt regional road. The maintained property where house is, it is big (70 meters x 50 meters) since it is freshly cleaned from the bushes we are still waiting for having a nice nice lown. In the house it is all completely new. You enter through a black entrance to a hallway in the house. From hallway you can enter all three rooms 1. bathroom with toilete 2. bedroom 3. living room with kitchen and dining table. From living room you have access to a nice big terrace that has a big wooden table with benches in the shape of letter C and two nice sunbeds. Right next to the terrace there are 4 trees that are all at least 60 years old, a beautiful linden tree, nice big pine tree, and two large wild cherries. They give a nice look to the place and a nice shade too.
