The kitchen, dining room, winter garden and a 20 m² south-facing terrace are on the ground floor. The garden and meadow can be reached via an outside staircase from the terrace. The living room on the 1st Floor is approx. 40 m² and has a fireplace. In addition to the two bedrooms (14 and 15 m²) there are also 2 bathrooms, of which the smaller shower room can be reached directly from a bedroom, the larger bathroom with tub, shower and double sink over a small, separate hallway. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds of 1.80 x 1.90 or 2.00 x 1.90.
