A 3-bedroomed detached house, with lots of light and great views. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it's a quick 5 min drive into Sudbury town centre, or the silk factories and Gainsbourgh House museum. Alternatively, If you fancy watching the swans and signets along the river and water meadows, it's a 15 minute walk. We're also a 5 minute bike ride to Nethergage brewery. Off street parking is available and overall, it's a wonderful location from which to explore the Suffolk countryside. The space Happy for you to cook - basic food and space are always available in the fridge/ freezer. In addition to seats in the kitchen there are also seats outside in the garden, both at the front and the back of the house. Guest access No bookings are taken for a Saturday night only i.e. 1 night. During your stay I work from home and will be up and about from 8am onwards. I'm very quiet around the house and will do my upmost to let you sleep in, unless of course you need a wake up call. I'm very used to sharing with other people - my aim is to ensure your stay is relaxed, positive and that you'll want to return. More than happy to pass on information about local tourist spots and insights into rural life. Other things to note Parking is available outside the property.
