"Country Love" Bedroom with bathroom

Our lovingly furnished 17 sqm room overlooking the courtyard has its own house entrance and a private bathroom directly in the room. In the room there is a double bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi/LAN, clock radio, coffee maker, pads, tea, cups, glasses & kettle, small fridge, cutlery, dishes, table & chairs. Mattresses for children can be provided. Outside there is a seating area. The garden (3000 sqm) and adjoining path to the spa gardens are also available to you. The space The accommodation is an old farmhouse. We converted the old stable and the threshing yard and transformed them into a cozy room. For allergy sufferers, we have dispensed with carpeting. The old building stays nice and cool even in summer. In winter, the underfloor heating warms you. The bathroom has an extra large shower area (1.10 cm wide), toilet, urinal and sink. Completion September 2020. Guest access The property has its own access from the courtyard. The car can park directly in front of it. Access to the bicycle parking space and the green area is possible at any time. Just talk to us. During your stay We live in the attic of the house and are available by phone, email and often in person. Our small family traveled the world with Airbnb and helps with questions about attractions, culture, food and more. Rental of our bicycles on request, lockable charging areas (240V) for e-bikes on request. If necessary - depending on the pandemic - Friday to Sunday from 12 pm to 6 pm, joint meetings are also possible in our own café "die KaffeeKüche," directly in the house (opening June 18, 2021). All adults in the house are vaccinated and adhere to the general rules of conduct to protect everyone. Other things to note Upon your arrival, we will provide a bottle of mineral water, coffee pods, tea, as well as milk and sugar for the coffee/tea. E-bikes can be parked in the carport. The cost of refueling an electric vehicle is possible depending on the vehicle/battery/requirements and can be booked separately on site.
