Private room with own entrance and bathroom.

Nice and private room in the basement of our house with own entrance, bathroom and parking space in quiet neighborhood! Distance to grocery store = 400 m, to the beach = 4km, city centre = 3 km and to bus stop = 100 m. There's is no kitchen but there is a refrigerator for cold drinks or breakfast outside of the room and also a micro wave. In the room you have a coffee machine and a water heater. The space This is a guest room in the basement of our house with own entrance. The entrance goes through a former garage where bikes can be stored if you are on a bike trip. There is a double bed and a extra bed can be put in the room in case of three visitors. The extra bed is most suitable for children/youths or smaller persons. Own bathroom with toilet and shower next to the room, towels and linen included. Coffee and tea available in the room and just ousside of the room there is a refrigerator and micro wave. No access to full kitchen. Guest access We are quite flexible but we also have jobs during the week so it's always easiest with check ins after 16:00 during the work week. In the weekends it's easier to be flexible. Just let us know and we will find a solution for you. During your stay Since we also live in the house we will be present. We live on another floor however so we will not interact with our guests but we are of course available if our guests have any questions. Other things to note We have one cat and one dog but they are not allowed in the guest area. The entrance room in the basement and the room itself has security cameras installed. They are part of our security system for our entire house. They are only activated if the alarm goes off regarding a fire or a break in and only the alarm company can access them. They can only access the cameras that have been triggered by fire or burglary. We cannot access these cameras in any way.
