Welcome home. Feel at home in our newly built vacation home. Gather strength for everyday life between greenery and water directly on the Hohenfelden reservoir or explore the picturesque landscape of the middle Ilm valley. The house is situated in a small enclosed vacation home development on the northern shore of the Hohenfelden reservoir. The house is in the second row and the swimming lake can be reached via three different bridges about 50 m away. The space A large living-dining area on the ground floor offers enough space for our guests to chat, relax, cook, eat and watch their favorite movie. In winter, the fireplace provides a pleasant atmosphere and warmth. The adjoining terrace invites you outdoors - here you can enjoy the sun, barbecue or simply read a book in peace. The three separate bedrooms upstairs offer the necessary retreat. The rooms are all equipped with electric shutters. The bedroom on the southwest side also has a balcony overlooking the lake. Two bathrooms in the house provide the necessary feel-good atmosphere. The property has 2 parking spaces.
