Parking is available in a parking lot behind the building. Just let us know how many cars your group will have. COVID-19 Update: We are taking the COVID-19 outbreak seriously. We want to highlight some of our cleaning procedures. We spray down frequently touched surfaces (door knobs, light switches, thermostats) with disinfectant between each guest. We wash all bedding pieces (sheets, pillow cases, blanket, and duvet cover) between every guest. We have temporarily removed all throw pillows and blankets from the sofas. We realize this slightly reduces the comfort of the units, but it eliminates a potential way that disease could be spread between guests. We are leaving out only one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per guest. If you have concerns, please let us know. The health and safety of our guests is incredibly important to us. You'll have the apartment to yourself. The apartment comes with high speed internet access - 100mbps. The TV has a Netflix account you're welcome to use. Each of the four apartments in the building has its own exterior door, so if you encounter other guests it will be in the shared yard or the parking lot. We live nearby, and can be available if needed for maintenance issues or other concerns. We may briefly come by to greet you and make sure everything is going well with your stay. Enjoy Northstar Cafe just around the corner for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. If you're into tacos, Condado is a fun spot. Mouton is a lovely choice for craft cocktails, and if caffeine is your need One Line Coffee shop is a great choice.
