Cozy cottage with pool in the heart of Sillery

Welcome to our family home, located in the heart of Sillery, in a peaceful and leafy residential neighborhood close to downtown Québec City. Our character-filled home retains the charm of a traditional Québec cottage while offering warm and comfortable spaces to fully enjoy winter in Québec City. We live here year-round and make the house available when we travel. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are for the exclusive use of guests throughout their stay. A closed garage accommodating one vehicle is also available, which is especially convenient during the winter. A covered shelter is installed in the driveway leading to the garage, allowing a second vehicle to park while remaining protected from the elements. Other things to note The swimming pool is available during the summer season, generally from June to September depending on the weather. Use of the pool is at your own risk, and we kindly ask guests to follow basic safety guidelines, especially when children are present. This is our primary residence. Some closed storage areas contain our personal belongings and are not accessible to guests. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. We kindly ask guests to respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially in the evenings and during outdoor activities. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
