The space DESCRIPTION This vacation rental apartment is called "Obispo 36", it is registered as such in the provincial tourism delegation of Alicante. Obispo 36 is a 103.75 m2 apartment, completely renovated in 2016, located in downtown Orihuela in a renovated building just a few meters from the bullring and the soccer field, on Obispo Rocamora Street. It is on the third floor and has two elevators to access it. The apartment has: - A 10-square-meter terrace overlooking the bullring (Calle Obispo Rocamora) and accessed through the living-dining room. - A spacious 19-square-meter living/dining room with two sofas, three side tables, a 42" TV, a DVD, a dining table, and six chairs. - A fully-equipped 10-square-meter kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, flatware, all necessary cooking utensils, etc. - A 5-square-meter gallery equipped with a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and electric heater. - The 13.5-square-meter master bedroom is exterior and very bright. It has a double bed 1.50 x 2 meters, two bedside tables with their respective lamps, a support trunk, a coat rack, a two-door wardrobe, a rocking chair and a 32" TV. - The second 10.50 square meter room with an interior window has two 1.05 x 2 meter beds, a bedside table with a lamp, a two-door wardrobe, a coat rack and a 32" TV. - The third 7-square-meter room with an interior window has two 0.90 x 2-meter beds, a bedside table, a closet, a coat rack, a stool, and a 26" TV. - Bathroom 1 of 6 square meters equipped with hairdryer, toilet, sink, bidet, bathtub with shower, soap dispenser, trash can and two coat racks. - Bathroom 2 of 4 square meters equipped with toilet, sink, bathtub with shower, trash can, soap dispenser and two coat racks. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all its rooms centralized from the main control located in the living room. It has free Wi-Fi. The apartment is provided with linens and two towels per person, which are changed for stays longer than three days. Toilet paper rolls, gel, shampoo, trash bags, cloth, scouring pad, 2 kitchen towels and dishwashing products are provided. In the summer season, a free pass to the Montepinar pools, just outside Orihuela, is included. We offer a crib at no extra charge upon request. The apartment is rented in a self-catering format, which implies that the tenant is the one who must take care of the food and basic items, as well as scrubbing and tidying up the utensils used. 50 meters from the apartment there is a fruit shop to buy basic necessities and a Mercadona supermarket in the back. You can book a purchase of basic products (milk, bread, water, etc.) on request with a surcharge of €20. As for parking, right in front, in the bullring there is a paved parking area where we understand that you should not have problems, except on football match days, which does get a little complicated. But if you want to leave your vehicle in a public parking lot, right at the end of Obispo Rocamora Street is the new bridge and in it you can access a 24-hour public parking lot. You would have to notify us an hour before arriving so that we are waiting for you and you do not waste a minute to enjoy this wonderful city and its people.
