The community docks on Little Sarasota Bay are open to you for fishing, and a boat can pull right up to collect you and drop you back — handy whether it's a charter or friends with a boat. Kayak storage racks are available on the bay side as well. The pools. Two heated community pools, one on each side of the road, open dawn to dusk. Parking. One assigned space, A404, with a second vehicle welcome by permit. You'll pick up passes at the community office when you register, and each sits visible in the rear window. Park nose-in. Laundry. Your own washer and dryer, in the condo. On arrival. Stop by the community office in Building B to register and collect your parking passes.
