The kitchen/diner has a fully operational Aga, microwave, dishwasher, and all modern amenities. Separate utility room with family sized washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs toilet and separate cloakroom. Upstairs you’ll find: - Master bedroom with en-suite shower room + WC and super king size bed. - King size bedroom with en-suite shower room + WC. - Family bathroom with full size bath + WC. On the second floor you’ll find: - King size room (blue) with views overlooking the fields - Small double room ( purple) with views overlooking fields - note this is best suited to 2 children or 1 adult as bed may be too small for two adults - bathroom with walk in shower + WC There is ample outside space with outdoor dining/bbq facilities, as well as a yoga studio, children's trampoline, playhouse, paddling pool in summer months. The back garden overlooks the village green which also has a children’s park. Off-road parking is available for up to 6 cars at the front of the property which is set back from the main road through the village. There is also additional parking to the side of the property. Sutton Green village offers a number of local services including a renowned children’s farm, church, family-friendly pub that specalises in fish dishes. It is also a short walk from the River Wey, offering a great trail to Guildford or Woking along the river. Other things to note The property is located close to many golf courses (West Hill, Autton Green, Worplesdon and Woking) and Whitmoor Common offers excellent woodland walks, trails and running ground. Worplesdon Memorial Hall, a five minute drive away, offers tennis and other sporting facilities as well as a playground. Nearby towns of Guildford (of historical interest) and Woking offer shopping, sports and water activities on the River Wey, as well as varied cultural activities. In addition to golf, the area is well-known for its stunning cycle rides. There are pubs within walking distance which all serve food and are typical English style. The local station is Worplesdon and is about 1 mile away. You can park at the station and take the train into central London from 30 mins. Alternatively you can travel to London from Woking (10 mins away) to London from 23 mins. Dogs are welcome by prior agreement. There is a charge of £10/night per dog, payable on arrival. Cats are not allowed as our son has allergies.
