Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny terrace with access from the kitchen/living room. The house is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Playground with, among other things, a ball swing, football pitch, swing set, etc. right next door. Close to hiking trails with lovely views of fjords and mountains. Short distance to the swimming area. Dogs are allowed here, so you can bring your best friend. There are cards, board games, croquet and some books available. Home office solution. Combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed and exit to a small terrace with outdoor furniture. Smaller bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and washing machine and dryer. Smaller entrance area and a corridor between the bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is small with a 160 cm bed and mattress underneath as shown in the pictures. Garden with a small lawn, fruit trees, berry bushes and some plants and flowers. Guest access The whole house, except for the closets and wardrobe, which are marked as private, and locked storage rooms. The available indoor area is approx. 43 m2. Terrace and outdoor area/garden and barbecue are also available. Other things to note I (the host) have a dog on a daily basis, so there may be traces of the dog, but it should be well cleaned.
