Gîte Les Arches, in the heart of the village of Saint Andéol le Château, Beauvallon Come and spend a vacation, a weekend, a stopover night, a seminar in our cottage. We will be happy to host you. For the comfort of our guests, our cottage has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). A living room is accessible with a large equipped kitchen as well as a living room with TV. Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden and terrace. The space The cottage has 6 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 6 bedrooms are upstairs in the house. A large, very bright living room is accessible with a large equipped kitchen, large tables for your meals as well as a sitting area with TV. Our house is quietly located, in a green setting, as it opens directly onto a large wooded park with games for children, sports complex, sports trail. Many paths start from the cottage (hiking, mountain biking, running). Guest access You have the entire cottage for your stay. We live there. The spaces are completely independent. Easy access via the A47 motorway 5 minutes away. Lyon and Saint-Etienne are within 30 minutes. Saint Exupéry Airport: 44 km Lyon Part Dieu / Lyon Perrache TGV station: 30 km Givors Ville TER train station: 7 km There is ample free parking in front of the house where you will always find a place to park. Other things to note The rate shown includes end-of-stay cleaning as well as the rental of sheets and towels with beds made on arrival. Breakfast is extra at the rate of €9/person. There is a restaurant a stone's throw from the cottage (Terracotta). It is also possible to organize the delivery of meals to the cottage via caterers. For seminars, you can work in the living room of the vacation rental. You can also rent a meeting room at the town hall (located 50 meters from the cottage via the park). The cottage is for 15 people, we cannot accommodate more guests. The cottage is located in the heart of the village. Festive, noisy or musical evenings are not allowed. If the vacation rental is rented for the weekend, it is possible to have a departure in the afternoon on Sunday (instead of 11 a.m.) upon request. Registration Details 84095226100013
