With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft with a sleeper sectional, large families and groups have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their time in this slice of paradise. Smart TV’s are found in all bedrooms and in the living room. Eight guests can sleep comfortably here. There is a 10 person limit at all times. If violated, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your security deposit. No more than 3 vehicles, please. A full laundry room is attached to the garage. Two single kayaks are available for your use. You can kayak in the canal or venture out into the Gulf. Boat launch and boat rentals are available at local marinas. Pine Island Beach is approximately 15 minutes’ drive. Minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs. Savor the fresh local flavors offered by many restaurants in Hernando Beach, Spring Hill and Hudson. No smoking or use of any illicit drugs (marijuana, etc.) is allowed in the home, and no parties are allowed on the property. Security cameras on the property provide views of the front yard, back yard, and sunset/Gulf views.
