The new and modern kitchen pantry including dishwasher with dining area offers everything necessary for self-catering. From the hallway you can access the bathroom with shower and toilet and the small storage room. The south terrace offers 2 comfortable chairs with a table where you can enjoy cozy evenings for two. The apartment has a parking space at the back of the property. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge for our guests. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable communal shed. There are shops and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. Due to the central location of the vacation home, everything is within walking distance, so a car is not absolutely necessary. Only about 50 m away is the newly opened Bäckerei Junge. There you can enjoy breakfast or coffee and cake specialties on the sun terrace. Other things to note The very tastefully and lovingly  furnished studio invites you to feel good and conveys a touch of romance. The color-coordinated living/bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed (consisting of 2 mattresses each 80x200cm) with side table, TV sideboard and wardrobe. It is equipped with light laminate flooring. The sitting area integrated in the living/bedroom has a sofa with armchair and table.
