We warmly welcome you to our apartment "Klein aber fein" in the heart of Urbar. It doesn't take much to be happy. But it should be a comfortable bed - that and much more can be found in our 40 sqm apartment with courtyard terrace and garden. For your car, we offer a free parking space and a garage where your bike or e-bike can be parked safely. The famous Loreley view Maria Ruh is only 800 meters walk away. The space In the apartment is a living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and of course tea and coffee are provided. The small sofa can be pulled out to a 1.40 m wide bed for sleeping. There is space for one or two children or one or two adults. A small note: It gets cozy in the apartment for four. In the bedroom, in addition to the 1.80 m wide double bed, there is also a small desk, as well as a comfortable reading corner. For families with babies, we also offer a baby travel bed. By the way, there are no cold feet in our bathroom - this is ensured by underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Guest access As a guest of the apartment "Small but nice" you can use our small garden behind the house with terrace. Below the garden we also have car parking spaces as well as a garage that offers the best protection for cars, bicycles or e-bikes. Other things to note We currently offer Wi-Fi via a mobile router.
