Walking distance to local restaurants, pubs/brewery, convenience store, library, salons, banks, gas stations, post office, and a quaint park on the Grasse River. Driving distance to shopping center, local beaches, picnic areas, marinas, casino, St. Lawrence River, New York Power Authority Visitor's Center, golf courses, Nicandri Nature Center, locks, St. Lawrence Seaway, and more. The space Large one room suite with a king size bed and a full size pull out sofa. Kitchenette with two burner cook top, sink, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and keurig. In addition to pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware, paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils provided. Small dining table with four chairs. Work desk and chair and side chair. Large closet with ironing board and iron. Hair dryer is also provided. 53" 4K Smart TV with free Disney +, ESPN+, Hulu, and Roku as well as Spectrum. We also have a basket of games such as Apples to Apples, Jenga, Yahtzee, Uno, and more for your enjoyment. This unit is PET FREE. (please read the rules) and not suitable for infants (2 and under.) Please read the rules regarding children of other ages. Security cameras are located outside the building and in the vestibule downstairs. Space is located upstairs of a women's clothing, jewelry, and gift boutique. Guest access The front door and vestibule is shared with the boutique downstairs. For this purpose, the front door is to remain locked at all times the boutique is not opened. The unit door should remain locked when the boutique is open. Other things to note The space is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. It is not handicapped accessible. There may be some residual noise from the boutique below during business hours (M/T/W/Th/F 11-5 & Sat 10-3)
