The house is cozy, and built completely in line with the best Danish cottage traditions. The house and the adjoining annex accommodate several good bedrooms for seven people. There is a private shower and toilet in the annex. The house, the annex and a small depot house form the three sides of an enclosed courtyard / solarium. All buildings are kept in the same building style and appear inviting and charming. The house's location, close to the North Sea, with salt in the air and exposed to the sun, provides the authentic experience of Fanø and is the essence of a holiday by the sea. The patinated wooden terrace, which for a part follows the house around, is located with a direct view of the large dunes in front of the house and invites you to stay in the open air. The dunes in front of the house are the last bastion before the beach. The owner of the house inhabits the house himself for periods and as a guest in the house you are therefore invited inside for a stay in a personal environment, where cosiness and sense of quality are key words. The interior of the house is of a slightly older date, but everything appears well maintained and in good condition. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
