This beautiful, newly restored, turn of the century villa anno 1912, is situated on the small Island Pukholmen just outside of Vaxholm in the middle of the Stockholm Archipelago. By the sea, there's a generous wooden deck and berths for at least three boats. You will also find two small houses built 2000: Kitchen/Guest house and a Sauna. The main house of about 150 sqm, has large living areas, top-equipped kitchen with large dining area, renovated toilet (2011) and 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two with two single beds in each room. Kitchen with modern electric stove, wood stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. Large fridge and freezer. Living room with TV, stereo and fireplace. A bathroom with a flush toilet, washing machine and dryer. A bathroom with shower and Separett toilet. On Rindö you find pleasant hiking and jogging tracks.
