The space The SPACE is an in-law: a simple place, well organized, well cared for, clean and quiet. The installation contains bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, balcony with hammock and laundry. OBS: Check for AVAILABILITY of TV, desk and office chair, hairdryer, electric iron, iron, ironing board, fan, blender, extra bedding, extra blanket, extra pillow, and garage at lodging. Guest access The Neighborhood is served by public transportation lines to various regions of the city. São Carlos provides UBER. Inquire about free garage availability in the listing. Other things to note *We have a cage with cocktails in our yard. They are happy and docile birds that cohabit our SPACE and brighten the house. **On colder days we recommend you bring your blanket to ensure thermal comfort (São Carlos is a cold city much of the year). We provide added blankets for an extra fee, please let us know in advance.
