Dishcloth and hand towels are provided. The kitchen provides access to the paved courtyard of our house, where a table and chairs await you for outdoor dining. The living room has a sofa bed for two of 140 x 190 (a little less comfortable than a traditional bed) and a 43-inch 4K Ultra HD smart TV. The property has electric heating and also a fireplace with a pellet insert in the living room, which is lit during the winter. The upper floor includes: a large bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, another bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds and a shower room with toilet. Cot and baby bath upon request. Board games and books available. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. No cleaning package is applied, which means that the dishes should be put away, clean and dried, and the house should be tidy and vacuumed before guest checkout. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Check-in possible after 5 pm. Check out by 11 am at the latest. Possibility to rent electric bikes free of charge; please refer to the information in the last photo. Other things to note You have a bakery 50 meters to the left as you exit. For your comfort and hygiene, all bed and bath linens are machine washed at 60°C.
