The 36 m² holiday apartment in Presseggersee accommodates up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom. You have 1 bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms offer heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a high chair. Additional amenities include a ski storage room and wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Our Wi-Fi is intended for typical holiday use. Other things to note For home office or intensive business purposes, the connection is not suitable – instead, our apartment provides the perfect setting to relax, enjoy sports, and take in the tranquility of the surroundings. Enjoy the beautiful scenery from your private balcony. The shared garden with a sunny terrace invites you to unwind. You use a communal parking space at the house. The property is close to public transport and the beach. Up to 2 pets are welcome, but events are not permitted. The hosts live on the premises but not in your apartment. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The beach is just a 3 to 8-minute walk away, and the Nassfeld ski area can be reached in 20 minutes by car or with the free bus. Several restaurants serving lunch and dinner are 3 to 8 minutes away on foot. The mineral-rich tap water makes buying bottled water unnecessary. Local activities include hiking, climbing, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, skiing, ski tours, museum visits, and the Terra Mystika show mine. - Pet allowed payment 15EUR per pet per night Please keep in mind that you will be requested to submit both your arrival data (passport data, flight data, contact information) after booking so that the homeowner can plan your stay and check-in accordingly.
