Bright 2-bedroom flat near Sempione Park

Via Canonica is a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment, located in Milan's Arco Della Pace area, near Moscova, Brera and Parco Sempione. The apartment consists of entrance hall, cozy and bright living room with separate kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The sleeping area consists of two large bedrooms, double and a single with two beds, all with spacious built-in closets. Other things to note A deposit of € 1000 is required to be paid 48h before check-in by credit card or bank transfer; for stays longer than 60 days this amount will be € 2000. Our guests are provided with a standard rental contract, which must be signed before entering the apartment. For this procedure, we need a copy of each guest's passport, their residential address details and the Italian tax code of the person named on the contract who will sign it. The registration of the rental agreement costs 1% of the total rental amount, with a minimum cost of €50.00 per contract. This cost must be paid prior to check in and varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of € 70/month. You are required to pay for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
