We offer a comfortable one-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully designed with great care and attention to every detail, as this is part of the apartment building where we also live. As locals, we want you to experience genuine Spartan hospitality while exploring the unique heritage of this land. The space Villa Voula is our small family-run apartment building, where we also live. As it is part of our home, we take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and paying close attention to every detail. We hope you'll feel as comfortable and welcome here as we do. Our green oasis is just a few minutes' walk from the city city center, offering the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquillity. Galaxias Supermarket, one of the largest supermarkets in the city, is located within 100 metres from our doorstep. At the same time, the house is ideally situated on the route to southern Lakonia, making it a perfect stopover if you're heading to the Mani region. Whether you're planning to visit Areopoli, Monemvasia, Gythio, Limeni, or other destinations in the area, you can break up your journey and explore the beauty of this blessed land. Moreover, the location provides easy access to KEEM military camp for those planning to spend the night here before reporting to the camp early the next morning. While in Sparta, be sure to visit the ruins of the ancient city, explore the magnificent castle and archaeological site of Mystras, and enjoy the traditional tavernas in the nearby villages. Please don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations. The apartment is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed for comfort and cosiness. It features one bedroom with a double bed, while the sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable single bed. For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with two brand-new air-conditioning units featuring UVC technology, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Guests are welcome to enjoy our beautiful garden, and families with children are encouraged to make use of our playground. Our dogs also live on the property and are cherished members of our family. They have controlled access to the garden and other shared outdoor spaces. If you love dogs as much as we do, you're more than welcome to meet and pet them when we're around. If you prefer not to interact with them, simply let us know, and we'll gladly respect your wishes. A private parking space is reserved for you directly outside the property. Although breakfast is not included, we provide local treats and coffee as a small welcome gift. Most importantly, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a staircase that passes through our uniquely decorated shared space, as shown in the photos. You are more than welcome to enjoy our lush, tree-filled garden, a hand-crafted green retreat that has grown alongside our family over the years. Other things to note The government Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per day, regardless the number of visitors, and it is not included in the price. In accordance with Greek accommodation and tax requirements, we need the full name and passport ID number of the primary guest in order to issue the required documentation for your stay.
