Little Danes is a one-bedroom guest cottage situated within the garden of a family home. Surrounded by woodland yet conveniently situated off the A29, Little Danes is near the National Trust village of Slindon and has parking for two cars. This spacious cottage, with over 112m2 of living space, is perfect for guests needing comfortable accommodation for a month-long stay or longer. Arundel and Chichester are within easy reach, and The Spur pub is just a short stroll away. The space Little Danes is a spacious yet cosy one-bedroom cottage with touches of luxury throughout. A private entrance lobby has hooks and storage for coats and shoes. It leads to a large and comfortable living area with Chesterfield-style sofas, a Samsung Smart TV with Sky Q and you can sign into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ accounts. There’s a bookcase stocked with novels, magazines, and travel guides and a cosy reading corner. There's also a desk with a desk chair and power supply directly beneath the desk for easy charging. There is fast and reliable Wifi and a Nest thermostat. The oak-floored kitchen has everything you need, including an electric fan oven with a ceramic hob, toaster, and microwave. There’s a dishwasher to save on the washing up. For morning coffee, there’s a Nespresso machine on hand. For longer stays, there's a washer machine, separate tumble dryer, large ironing board and iron. Upstairs, the luxury bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated LED mirror, underfloor heating, fluffy white towels and aromatherapy amenities. Outside the bathroom is a contemporary dressing room with a full-length mirror, drawers and an open hanging space. The super king bed in the master bedroom has 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. There's also a dressing table with a hairdryer, a tall chest of drawers and two bedside tables with lamps. Little Danes is near the National Trust village of Slindon, within the South Downs National Park. The nearest town is Arundel, to the east, and around an 8-minute drive away. To the west is Chichester, a cathedral city. There are also beaches nearby, such as Climping Beach. A little further away - a 25-minute drive - is West Wittering Beach. The cottage is well-positioned for Goodwood and popular for stays if you've got tickets for Goodwood Revival, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or other Goodwood events throughout the year. Guest access Guests access the property through an electric gate, which is also the main access to the main family home. The parking for the cottage (space enough for two cars) is immediately in front of the property, with separate private parking for the main house. The cottage is accessed through a private entrance which leads to a lobby, and this is entirely private for guests.
