Other things to note (Bookings and guest experience are professionally managed by Effortless Rental Group) • The Outdoor Community Center also includes men’s and women’s restrooms, each equipped with two showers and toilets for added convenience. • The RV parking space can accommodate a 50’ trailer and has full hook-ups, including water, electricity (30 & 50 amp), and sewer. • PET RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is no pet fee, but all pets must be registered, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred. • *FIRE SAFETY - The mountains are a fragile area with high wildfire risk.
