Enjoy the tranquility and rest in the green (olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees). The domicile is 100sqm with 2 balconies, 2 beautiful terraces and cellar on a plot of 2500sqm and parking for 2 cars. Inside the house there are 3 bright bedrooms, which are lovingly furnished and have a beautiful view of the garden. In the middle of the house there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, TV, CD player and a rustic full kitchen (refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and spices). A modern bathroom is adjacent to the two bedrooms and a shower and hallway next to the third bedroom (studio). All bedrooms and are airconditionned. In all cabinets there are bed linen, towels, hair dryer or cleaning agent. In the cellar waiting for you 4 bicycles, a parasol, garden furniture, a small BBQ and charcoal. The house has an alarm system and internet connection. On the terraces you can enjoy your coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice from the fruit you picked yourself, or drink a glass of beer in the evening under the clear sky.
