The space A short distance from the centre of Cefalù and the many beaches in the area, Villa Michela combines the tranquillity of the countryside with a beautiful sea view. Carefully designed interiors, modern comforts and authentic Sicilian charm make it the ideal place for a relaxing and memorable stay. On the ground floor, two entrances lead respectively to a welcoming living room with sofa and TV and to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The spacious double bedroom, furnished in a modern style, features a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious double shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. On the mezzanine level, there is a quiet study and relaxation area and a comfortable sleeping area with two single beds. The kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, induction hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and citrus juicer. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available. Further amenities include air conditioning for summer, a pellet hydro stove for winter, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen SmartTVs in the living room and double bedroom, with access to streaming services. Villa Michela also caters for younger guests, with a play area equipped with a swing, slide and other games. The terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a barbecue, is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the beautiful Sicilian days. Private parking is available within the property. Before arrival, the primary guest must complete the online check-in through Lodgify, provide the identification details of all guests as required by Italian law, and accept the rental agreement. Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Subletting, unauthorized guests, smoking, parties, illegal activities, and any behaviour that may disturb the neighbours are prohibited. The guest is responsible for any damage, missing items, and documented costs for extraordinary cleaning or technical interventions resulting from improper use of the property, including damage or misuse caused by other members of the group. After returning from the beach, guests must carefully remove sand from themselves and their personal belongings before entering the property. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 noon. Departures after the agreed check-out time, unless authorized in advance, may result in reimbursement of any additional costs actually incurred.
