The ground floor (113 m²), with direct access to the front and rear gardens and terraces, includes the Fonte and Lagoa bedrooms, as well as a bright open-plan living area where the lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space for spending time together. The large dining table can be extended to accommodate additional guests for shared meals.
