Fabulous central Brockenhurst apartment

Flat 2 Brockenhurst Apartments is a warm, comfortable 2nd floor apartment. It has a double bedroom, sitting room with TV and bluetooth speaker, bathroom with bath and separate shower, and kitchen/diner with oven, hob, under-counter fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It is within 10 minute walk of the railway station, and on the doorstep of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a bakery next door, cafe, butcher and veg shop opposite. You can easily walk from here to the beautiful Forest. The space Flat 2, Brockenhurst Apartments is a lovely, bright, cosy, comfortable place to spend a few days or more in the New Forest. It was renovated and refurbished to a high standard (completed August 2016). There is a shared access and stairwell which leads to Flat 1 on the first floor but both apartments have their own front door and are completely separate and quiet (although if rented together provide a nice space for friends or families to share). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate bath, and motion activated delmister bathroom mirror cabinet. Guest access There is a small lockable garage on site (allocated to the other flat for parking of a small car) where you are welcome to store bikes for the duration of your stay. Other things to note There is a bluetooth speaker system so you can play music from your phone etc, plus a smart TV. For the winter there is a woodburner, though the flat is very warm and well insulated. Please note we don't provide a 'welcome pack' for guests due to preferences/allergies. There are shops within a minute's walk to pick up anything you need.
