The house is idyllically located in the forest. You look from the balcony to the 150 meters away. The location is very quiet and therefore ideal for unwinding and relaxing. About 6 kilometers away is the Teichmann holiday complex, which has a quarry lake with a bathing beach. The space The sunroom has a roof cutout. This makes it pleasantly bright there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans. The heating is provided by a pellet stove that creates a cozy atmosphere. The ski and mountain bike areas of Willingen and Winterberg can be reached in less than 45 minutes by train or car. The Edersee invites you to hike, swim and enjoy a variety of leisure activities. A jetty can also be provided on request. Guest access The cottage covers two floors, while the upper floor is rented out. The bottom floor is empty. Other things to note We would like to make you an attractive offer at reasonable prices with our vacation home. Please note that this is a vacation home, not a hotel. We do not provide consumables. We just make sure that dishwashing accessories and a roll of toilet paper are available. However, by prior arrangement, we can also fulfill special requests. The calculation is then made by individual arrangement. Local features: The cottage is in the middle of the forest. Therefore, please expect leaves and seeds on the balcony. We provide a broom that you can use to remove them quickly. Cleaning: The cleaning fee is calculated for a properly vacated house. Everything has its place. By tidy we mean - swept clean - Garbage taken away - Furniture and objects in the original condition and in the original place (see pictures). If our cleaning staff have more effort (e.g. by cleaning or gathering the furniture), we will have to pass this on to you. Beds: The house is equipped with a bedroom with a bunk bed and another single bed (3 sleeping places). In the 2nd bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200). Our cleaning service only makes the number of beds booked for. Additional guests must be registered prior to arrival. The linen package includes bed linens, hand towels and bath towels as well as a bathroom mat. Pets: The additional fee for animals compensates for the increased cleaning effort. We therefore ask that the animals not sit in the beds or on the (upholstered) furniture. Otherwise, our cleaning staff will have a lot of work to do, which we will have to charge you for.
