Heading back inside, find two bedrooms each served by a contemporary family bathroom. Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, are instantly inviting. The village of Walberswick is a cute holiday destination with quality eateries and a suntrap beach (0.5 miles). It provides a calming antidote to the neighbouring town of Southwold (1.5 miles) which is accessible via passenger ferry in the summer season. Here you’ll find a traditional pier, a historic lighthouse and a fantastic brewery amongst other interesting attractions. Take a short drive out of town to find the Southwold Maize Maze (3.5 miles), a great landmark for children to explore, and Henham Park (4 miles) which hosts an array of exciting annual events including the Latitude music festival.
