Welcome to the "Ecuador" room – a special boutique attic room high up in CASA SALZBURG. Lots of wood, South American flair and design highlights, fantastic mountain views towards Untersberg and modern comforts: Tempur double bed, 160 × 200 sofa bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Marshall speaker, fast Wi-Fi and parking. Includes Guest Mobility Ticket. Ideal for fit couples or families of up to 4 people. Important: 2.5 floors without an elevator; the last flight of stairs is steep and narrow. The space You will be staying in the "Ecuador" room – our special attic room on the top floor of CASA SALZBURG. The area consists of a room of about 33 m² and a private bathroom of about 10 m². The room is bright, quiet and very distinctive: lots of warm wood, a special roof shape, South American details and a fantastic view towards the Untersberg and the Tennen Mountains. Through the skylight, you can look up at the sky from your bed – almost like camping, but with a Tempur mattress and a proper shower. There is a high-quality double bed (200 x 180 cm) and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for sleeping. This makes Ecuador ideal for couples, friends, or active families of up to 4 people. Please note: Due to the sloping ceilings, the room height is lower in some places, and the stairs are steep. Amenities include air conditioning, fast WiFi, TV, Marshall speaker, kettle, towels, soap and small hotel-room-level amenities. Free parking is also reserved for you. Guest access Check-in is straightforward via smart lock. You enter CASA SALZBURG through the shared house entrance. We take off our street shoes in the entrance area; slippers are available for you. After that, you go up via the shared stairwell to the attic area. Your room "Ecuador" and your bathroom are private. The house entrance and the staircase are shared. The kitchen and the family's private living room are not part of the booking. CASA SALZBURG is a private home with two guest rooms – intimate, quiet and designed with a lot of love. During your stay As much as you want 😊 We are easily accessible via Airbnb/Messenger, are happy to give local tips (food, viewpoints, quiet spots) and respect your privacy. In short: warmly present, but not "constantly present." Other things to note Dear Guest, Please note the following important information: Check In: 3 PM Check-out: Until 11:00 When entering Casa Salzburg, please put on your slippers, which are on the right side of the shoe rack. The drinking water in Salzburg is of excellent quality and can be drunk directly from the tap without hesitation. Guest Mobility Ticket included: Unlimited public transport throughout the state of Salzburg during your stay. Digital (wallet/PDF) at check-in or in advance via pre-check-in. Dear guests, we kindly ask you to take care of the bedsheets and towels during your stay. Please avoid contact with makeup, hair dyes or other colored products, as some stains are difficult to remove. For safety reasons, the window in the bathroom can only be tilted. For fresh air in the main room, please use the fan (with switch) below the trapezoidal window. The skylight may only be opened outside the heating season and when there is no precipitation. Use the associated telescopic pole for this. Important note about the stairs: The property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Ecuador is located on the top floor and is accessible only by a narrow, steep staircase. By booking, you confirm that you and your fellow travelers are physically fit enough to use the stairs safely. Please carry luggage carefully and use the handrail. We accept no liability for accidents caused by improper use or disregard of this notice; our legal liability remains unaffected.
