Little Gray Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this cozy, charming retreat close to all the activities northern Minnesota has to offer: fishing, boating, canoeing, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, biking, golfing and the list goes on. The space The Little Gray Getaway is a story and a half house with a full kitchen, a full bath and a spacious living room on the main level. There is a foldable dining table and chairs in the living room for extra dining space and a hide-a-bed for additional sleeping space. Upstairs, it has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a room between which is open to the stair case (no door), which has two XL twin beds. You must walk through this space to get to the other two bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement, as well as room to dry and store any equipment for your activities. The home does not have central air conditioning. The are window AC units in each of the bedrooms. There is an additional unit on the main floor. It has a spacious yard, with plenty of parking for your car/truck and boat/trailer. Guest access There is an unattached garage, which, at this time, is not available for use. Other things to note The coffee maker is a drip-style with a carafe to keep it warm for several hours. There is regular coffee, sugar and liquid creamer singles provided. There are basics provided in the kitchen: olive oil, flour, salt, pepper and a spice rack. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, wine glasses, a wine bottle opener, various utensils, cutting boards, a toaster and a crockpot are also available. There is a tv in the main floor living space. It is connected to WiFi and ready for your streaming services. There is no cable or local tv. The 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are on the second level and the stairs to them are very steep and narrow. There are 2 bedrooms on that level and a space between with 2 XL twin beds - the 3rd “bedroom”. This space is open to the stairs (no door) and you walk through it to get to the other 2 bedrooms. There is a hide-a-bed in the living room, for an additional sleeping space, as well as drapes to provide additional privacy. In addition, the only bathroom is on the main floor. There is a high-top table in the kitchen which seats 4, as well as a fold-out table in the living room which seats 6. The home does not have central air conditioning. The are window AC units in each of the bedrooms. There is an additional unit on the main floor.
