The steep driveway and elevated position are rewarded with breathtaking views and exceptional privacy Guest access You will have access to the whole house and surrounding gardens. Please note the garage is locked and will not be accessible to guests. Other things to note 🌿 This beautiful Redlynch Valley retreat is set high among the rainforest to capture its peaceful outlook and stunning tropical views. Access is via a steep driveway, so a 4WD vehicle or confident driver is recommended. 🚗 A hire car is strongly recommended so you can explore nearby waterfalls, beaches, Cairns CBD, Kuranda, Palm Cove, Port Douglas and beyond with ease. 🧹 For longer stays, a mid-stay clean can be arranged to keep the home fresh and comfortable. Additional cleaning fees apply. 🦋 Surrounded by lush tropical nature, the home sits within a natural habitat for local wildlife. You may see native birds, butterflies and other rainforest visitors during your stay. 🦎 As with many homes in Far North Queensland, geckos and tropical wildlife may occasionally be present, especially due to the rainforest surrounds. 🤫 The home is located in a peaceful residential area and is best suited to guests seeking a quiet, relaxing escape. House Rules & Additional Information * Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. * Smoking is not permitted. * Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. * We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed. * A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $250 per service applies.
