The space The approx. 85 m² left half of the house "Sophie Charlott" has 2 floors with a spacious terrace (approx. 12 m²) to the morning sun on the ground floor has a modern bathroom with shower and a generously designed, tiled living and dining area. The living area is equipped with, among other things, a cozy sitting area with a couch, an armchair and 2 armchairs, an LCD TV and a stereo system with CD/MP3/iPod/USB function as well as a fireplace and a desk. A large dining table for 6 people awaits you in the dining area. The harmoniously integrated and very well equipped kitchenette in the living area has a dishwasher, an oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer (* **), coffee maker, toaster, kettle and plenty of small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. The laminate floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200cm and 160x200cm; each with a continuous mattress), another bedroom with 1 single bed as well as the second bathroom with shower, towel warmer and hair dryer, complete the comfortable impression of the house half. An alarm in each bedroom ensures that you don't sleep a holiday breakfast. The open wooden beams and light sloping roofs give a cozy atmosphere and the view over the Seedorf to the Granitz awaits you. The space is rounded out by a rooftop studio with a day bed, a reading nook with armchair under studio windows, and a TV with a DVD player. Sun loungers and a seating area on the terrace also continue the very good facilities outdoors and offer the opportunity to feel completely at ease. The non-smoking house half is ideally suited for 2-5 people and can also be booked with 6 people due to the day bed in the attic studio. 1 small pet is allowed on request and for a fee! Internet connection via LAN and firewood are available free of charge. A washer-dryer for a fee is shared with all guests of the house, as well as the bicycle storage facilities and an outdoor sunbathing lawn with views over Seedorf and the Having. One pet per half of the house is warm welcome here. The 2 non-smoking houses can be booked individually or together as a complete house! Each apartment has 2 parking spaces behind the house. The half-timbered houses in Seedorf impress with their quiet location in the idyllic fishing village and are within walking distance of the marina and about 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin and the Baltic Sea beach. This ensemble consists of the luxurious half-timbered villa „ Johanna Maria “ and a half-timbered semi-detached house with the two semi-detached houses „ Sophie Charlott “ and „ Lena Victoria “. Both objects are executed in historically traditional craftsmanship  in North German half-timbered style. This vacation home was newly built in 2010. The furnishing is modern and exclusive.
