The space The approx. 85 m², left house half "Sophie Charlott" over 2 floors with spacious terrace (approx. 12 m²) to the morning sun has a modern bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a generously designed, tiled living and dining area. The living area is equipped with a cozy sitting area with a couch, an armchair and 2 rocking chairs, an LCD TV and a stereo system with CD/MP3/Ipod/USB function as well as a fireplace and a secretary. In the dining area, there is a large dining table for 6 people. The harmoniously integrated into the living area and very well equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, an oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer (** *), coffee machine, toaster, kettle and many small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. In the upper floor laid out with laminate, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x200cm and 160x200 cm; each with a continuous mattress), another bedroom with 1 single bed as well as the second bathroom with shower, towel warmer and hairdryer complete the comfortable impression of the house half. An alarm clock in each bedroom ensures that you do not sleep over a holiday breakfast. The open wooden beams and light roof slopes convey a cozy atmosphere and the view over Seedorf to Granitz awakens in the mood for excursions. The space is rounded off by a rooftop studio with a daybed, a reading corner with a swinging chair under studio windows, and a TV with integrated DVD player. Sun loungers and a seating area on the terrace, the very good amenities also continue in the outdoor area and offer the opportunity to feel completely comfortable. The non-smoking house half is ideally suited for 2-5 people and can also be booked with 6 people due to the day bed in the roof studio. 1 small pet is allowed upon request and for a fee! An internet connection via LAN and firewood are free of charge. A washer-dryer is available to all guests of the house for a fee, as well as the bicycle storage facilities and a sunbathing lawn in the outdoor area with a view over Seedorf and the Having. One pet per house half is welcome here. The 2 non-smoking houses can be booked individually or together as a complete house! Each apartment has 2 parking spaces behind the house. The half-timbered houses in Seedorf impress with their quiet location in the idyllic fishing village and are within walking distance of the marina and about 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin and the Baltic Sea beach. This ensemble consists of the luxurious half-timbered villa „ Johanna Maria “ and a half-timbered semi-detached house with the two semi-detached houses „ Sophie Charlott “ and „ Lena Victoria “. Both objects are executed in historically traditional craftsmanship  in North German half-timbered style. This vacation home was newly built in 2010. The furnishing is modern and exclusive.
