Five bedrooms, generous living spaces, and a garden made for long lunches and golden-hour aperitivi. It’s the kind of place where you cook fresh tagliatelle in a kitchen full of copper pots, then watch the sun set over the rows of Moscato and Barbera. The space Spread over multiple floors, the villa comfortably sleeps groups across 5 bedrooms (6 beds) and 5 bathrooms: • Bedroom 1 — king bed • Bedroom 2 — queen bed • Bedroom 3 — queen bed • Bedroom 4 — two single beds (can be joined into a double on request) • Bedroom 5 — sofa bed, with the bathroom on the first floor The fully equipped kitchen is a real one for people who love to cook: a fresh-pasta machine, a full set of copper pots, quality cookware, wine glasses, plus both a moka pot and a capsule coffee machine. Outside, a garden and outdoor dining area look straight onto the vineyards, with a barbecue for slow evenings. It’s a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by working vineyards and hazelnut groves — the authentic Langhe, not a resort. Guest access Guests have the entire house, garden and parking.
