The absence of neighbors guarantees privacy and quiet. Included in the price of the stay: huge windows overlooking the forest, a smart TV with a cinema projector, a bio-fuel fireplace, a coffee maker with a supply of good coffee, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette. Other things to note Important information about the SPA area (Balia Ofuro): Please note that my SPA area is a completely optional amenity. You can choose to relax in the hot tub at any time during your stay – just let me know a few hours in advance so that I have time to prepare it properly and heat the water for you. The cost of preparing the ofuro (changing the water, gas consumption, professional oxygen chemicals and technical preparation) is PLN 200 for a several-hour session and is settled with the Host (all completely remotely and without visits from third parties). If you do not plan to use the hot tub, the price of the reservation for the accommodation only remains unchanged. Rules for staying with pets: I am very happy to host dogs (up to 4). To ensure comfort and cleanliness in the cottage, I have prepared dedicated amenities for your pets: Paw towel - please be sure to wipe your dog's paws after returning from rainy or forest walks. Sofa/bed cover - if your dog is used to resting on the couch, please spread the prepared cover each time before letting it onto the furniture. Important information about using the goat (Summer season): During the summer months, the indoor wood-burning stove is not in use. I introduced this rule due to the specific design of the cottage and for the comfort of your stay: - The sauna effect in the living room: Our cottage has excellent thermal insulation, so in the summer it pleasantly retains the coolness of the forest. Lighting the stove, even for a short time, instantly heats the small interior to extreme temperatures, which would ruin the comfort of your rest and make it difficult to sleep peacefully (especially for your dogs, which tolerate overheated rooms very poorly). - Insects and mosquitoes: Opening the living room door wide on summer evenings to "ventilate" the heat from the fireplace results in an immediate plague of mosquitoes and insects in the bedroom, which I would prefer to spare you. What's in it for you? If you encounter cooler summer rain or a colder night, don't worry – I provide an electric heater in the cottage that will quickly and safely balance the temperature without overheating the entire interior. The goat, as the main source of climate-controlled heat (along with a free supply of wood), is once again fully available to guests in the fall!
