Lake dream in Plön - apartment directly on the lake

Welcome to the cozy apartment on the garden level of our house in a direct lake location with stunning views over the garden and lake from all rooms. On the private terrace in a quiet southwest location you can enjoy the view of the small Plöner See. Various possibilities for leisure activities arise from short walks to the city and Plön Castle. Attractive excursions to Holstein Switzerland, Kiel and Lübeck as well as the Baltic Sea coast are available. The space The apartment has an open living-dining area with fitted kitchen, a shower room and two bedrooms (1 double bedroom/1 single bedroom) and is accessible via a separate entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic range, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment and various small appliances. In the bathroom there is a towel radiator and a washer-dryer. From the dining table and the cozy seating area you have views of the garden and the lake. There is a TV with satellite TV and DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi and USB connections in all rooms. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Public parking is available right in front of the house. You can relax wonderfully on the terrace equipped with garden furniture. Sun loungers are available in the garden. The garden is also used by us and it would be nice if you could arrange the use of the jetty and the boats with us. Since the garden is not fenced and is open to the water, the accommodation is more suitable for families with older children who can swim. In the main season (May May to 30 September) there is an additional spa tax of €2/adult/day, in the low season (1st October to 30 April, the spa tax is €1/day. Billing is done on site. For more than 2 adults in the apartment, an additional €10/day. Children under 18 years are free. Billing is done directly with the landlords. Other things to note Check-in can be done contactlessly via a key box. Between individual bookings there are at least 30 hours without occupancy to thoroughly clean and ventilate the apartment.
